I have now had the panels for 12 weeks; I have used an average of 1.3 units of gas per week over that time - that covers water, a small amount of central heating and a gas hob. Over the last 3 years, during this same period, I was using 6-7 units per week.

It certainly is paying off at the moment - the company said I would get a 40% reduction in my hot water costs over the year; the start is good and I am waiting the next 3 months with great interest! I'll let you know.
